Pensiune Heavens

Locatia in centru orasului usor de ajuns la obiectivele de vizitat. In curtea pensiunii este plin de verdeata - un lucru foarte important. Curat in camere, un mic dejun delicios si as dori sa multumesc dnei Angelica - un om deosebit, amabil si profesionist. Braila mi s-a parut cel mai frumos oras-ca in Romania multe cladiri in paragina, dar merita vizitat.

Very warm and kind people, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast, most beautiful place although a really central neighbourhood.

I am originally from Braila, so I used to go to the terrace back in the day, hence, i was drawn by the reputation, and by the location. The place was clean , yeah, but there were definitely quite a few issues, which i think are due to the staff.

I should preface we had the twin room. The room was ready for us to check in but there were some things missing and we believe the thermostat was broken and the staff did not know how to fix either when we brought it up. But what I disliked the most was how the staff operated, which, in my opinion, was kinda gaslighting us into accepting that all these issues were caused by factors outside of their power (even tried to tell us that is our fault for booking this room because it is not used that often?) instead of just being transparent and maybe warming us before the check in. Bottom line is that they were not professional at all. We didn’t know these people and I felt like for everything we complained about we got some sort of bribe ( more coffee in the room, etc) and excuse but never accountability, which most people would think is ‘hospitality’ or ‘being nice’ but in fact i think it is incompetence and manipulation.
