Great location, fantastic and warm service from the staff. Beautiful breakfast too. The room was excellently decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious.

We had a huge room, with a comfortable bed, sofa and generous tray of treats. It was simply and tastefully decorated. Host was very friendly and cooked us a delicious breakfast
It was strangely quiet in the hotel as the bar was closed but perhaps it’s a work in progress, and didn’t affect our stay.
Our only small gripe about the room was that oddly it had no kettle or tea making facilities - these are in another room down the corridor, possibly shared with other guests, we weren’t sure. But on waking early, we didn’t want to leave the privacy of our room in our night attire to make tea!
