Pension Plestil

It is walking distance to tram line 3 going to Ještěd ski "resort". The breakfast was lovely and costs something like 5 euros with more sweet pastries than I could eat (but also savory eggs and bacon). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pizza they served from the bar as well. The room was comfortable and cozy - temperature of the room could be adjusted by either turning up the heater or opening the window. I liked that there was a small station shared between the upstairs rooms where I could make myself tea in a mug or use the mini fridge. The staff members were professional and attentive on food service.

The check-in process was a little odd in that there isn't a reception desk, it was not very clear that there was a different phone number to call for the manager who would be onsite. I simply got lucky that another guest was leaving at the time I was arriving. The ceiling was very low over the bathtub in my bathroom because of the sloped ceiling/roof, for me this was fine but others might find it inconvenient. I assume they have other rooms for tall people who want to be able to take standing showers.

Možnost snídaně jsme nevyužili, nemohu posoudit. Ocenili jsme mikrovlnnou troubu, rychlovarnou konvcici, lednici..Lokalita skvělá, na nádraží i do Babylonu lze pěšky. Nedaleko stanice tramvaje, časté intervaly - to jsme využili cestou do ZOO.

První večer jsme se vrátili z Lunaparku později a netekla již teplá voda, další večery OK. Pokoj č. 3 jsme měli s přistýlkou, po rozložení křesla dost omezený prostor. Dalo se zvládnout, ale musí s tím návštěvníci počítat.
