The location of the hotel is excellent just across the Central Market and a 15min walk to the Ben Than Market. Accessible to busses and near to laundry, convenient stores, cafes and restaurants.
The bed is a little hard and the AC does not work well. But doable with the price.

Charging for water in mini bar on check-out when the bottles are replaced daily FOC by the cleaners - beer and stuff is one thing, water ridiculous!

service was helpful, room was plenty big, breakfast was very homey and good
bathroom fan was broken and shower setup was not ideal but very manageable
