Experience the ultimate coastal getaway at Ocean Penthouse, a spacious and beautifully decorated retreat nestled within the exclusive Aquatika community in Loíza. Just a 30-minute drive from San Juan Airport, this oceanfront penthouse offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for families. With direct beach access and spectacular ocean views, it's your ideal place away from home.
**The space**
Step into a serene environment adorned with costal and farmhouse-inspired décor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room and a modern dining room, ideal for sharing special moments. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, cutlery, and utensils, perfect for preparing delicious family meals. The first floor offers an open concept with large windows overlooking the courtyard.
The master bedroom features a comfortable, new king-size bed and a private bathroom, offering ocean views that will allow you to wake up to an unforgettable experience. The second bedroom has a double bed with an equally comfortable mattress. The third bedroom features a bunk bed. Upstairs, you'll find a living room, a bathroom, and a private terrace that offers additional outdoor space, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and stargaze at night.

Aquatika complex is a gated community of private apartments offers a wide range of amenities, including five pools, beach access, basketball and tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, and mini golf.
A water slide is available at one of the pools on weekends, and beautiful gardens provide a peaceful setting for walks and morning exercises.
Guest access
The entrance is with key located in keybox available at the entrance door. After 4:00 pm you can arrive at any time.
Access is by stairs. There is no elevator.
The apartment has two assigned parking spaces and at no additional cost.
All pools can be used at no additional cost no matter what part of the complex you are staying at.
It is recommended that you rent a car to move to the places of interest and make purchases.

1. Aquatika Condominium has a strict access control policy to the facilities and NO VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. The maximum number of names/guests allowed per stay is 8. Please make sure that your number of guests on the reservation matches the number of names that are submitted. Once names are submitted to Management, no changes or additions are allowed.
2. After Hurricane Maria in 2017, PR's electrical system is still unstable. Power outages may occur during your stay. It is usually restored in a couple of hours or less. We want you to make an informed decision, but please do not let this stop you from giving us the opportunity to host you.
3. For your stay we provide some bathroom and kitchen items to start your vacation. It is the guest's responsibility to replenish these items as they run out during their stay.
4. The beach access gate opens at 8:00 am until dark.

The pros- Check in was easy. Clear and step by step instructions. The kitchen was fully stocked. Plenty of pots and pans. The only thing that we didn’t find was a cutting board. Plenty of plates and basic seasonings were provided. The place it’s was beautiful and great location with ocean and pool view. Huge windows that looked amazing for the views and beach access. The cons: the grill had no gas, the bed in the master was dirty with some black balls that we never figured out what they were, one of the large windows was missing the curtain, the roof in the room across the master was leaking water when there was a storm. It also has prior water damage on the ceiling. The beach was not great- it was clean but very very rocky. I recommend anyone staying here to bring water shoes for the beach. Prepare for quite of bit of wait at the gate due to them adding wrist bands on everyone. They should have one gate for check in and another one for people coming back in from running errands. Overall we were happy with the place and would stay here again.

Not bad, not great, overall rate 3.5. The condo was spacious for our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 kids ages 2 & 5) Everyone’s bed was comfortable, could use more pillows. A nonfunctional air mattress was frustrating. The living room is furnished with an outdoor set that was not very comfortable for movie watching. It would be better with a sectional couch for all to sit. We hired a chef to come 3 nights and it was a lifesaver! Not much in the vicinity to visit for a quick meal. Need a car to travel to the next town to get food/entertainment about 20-25 minutes depending on traffic. We stopped at the grocery store after landing for breakfast, lunch and snack items. Large dining table for all to sit and enjoy meals and board games. The kids loved the pools and having the beach in walking distance was great. They had a ball. Laundry inside the condo is key as there are limited bath, beach and kitchen towels. Washed everyday. The kitchen needs to be replenished with newer pots/pans, utensils and serving dishes. The outdoor roof patio was beautiful to watch the sunsets. It rained a full day, so we got to experience the leaky roof situation. No cleaning supplies or vacuum to use just an old mop that was unusable. The host was very responsive to our requests.
