This complex is amazing. The kids enjoyed the pools, the water slide and the private beach area. The apartment is perfectly located, we could watch the kids play in the pool from the balcony. My dissatisfaction with this property was the cleanliness. It did not feel like it was clean before we arrived. Both bathrooms are covered in mold (i will attach photos), the fridge was dirty inside. Overall it needed to be clean. Also, and this is unrelated to the apartment, but there is maintenance going on in the complex (painting, pressure cleaning, etc) and the wake up call from the workers/ noise was before 8am on weekdays. No workers on the weekend. Guests are also require to wear a wristband from check in to checkout and that was a bit annoying.

The indoor property was very nice and maintained. Not crazy about the wrist band process or keyed gate to the beach. The Beach could be better maintained and the dogs need to be addressed. Overall it was comfortable and pleasant.
