Chambres d'hôtes La Mansardière

The room, shower-room and guest salon were immaculate and well-maintained. The breakfast was typically French, plenty of it, and we enjoyed it a lot. Staying one night only meant we didn't get to know the owners very much, sadly. The property has a gorgeous garden with lovely roses in bloom and seems well-located for a visit to the area.

Monsieur, le patron, had to greet us on arrival at 22.00 and seemed displeased. He said we were late but I explained we had notified them of this arrival time beforehand. We'd arrived on a ferry and we had no control of the timetable. Not sure he was satisfied with this though and, obviously disturbed his reverie! In fairness, he was fine thenext morning when serving breakfast and laughing about my struggles with the French language.

Ein tolles Haus, abgesperrter Parkplatz, sehr ruhige Gegend aber dennoch nah an der Innenstadt und dem Hafen. Unser Zimmer hatte zudem noch etwas Meerblick. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Wir wurden vom Herrn des Hauses bestens versorgt. Zum Glück konnten wir dieses Haus noch genießen dürfen, da das Ehepaar nur noch bis September dazu in der Lage ist (was man ihnen aber nicht wirklich ansieht).

Struttura molto bella, molto curata e spaziosa, parcheggio interno molto gradito soprattutto per noi che avevamo la moto, colazione eccellente, , vicinissima al porto e quindi a tutti i ristoranti e negozi , host disponibilissimi e molto gentili, letto con materasso ottimo
