Lovely modern place with relaxed feel offereing good local links and facolities

Really nice qiet location within walking distance of the town and front. Central pool with reasonable opening hours. Good selection of equipment available in the house. Clean rooms on arrival

First holiday with a baby exceeded expectations

Our apartment was wonderfully quiet and really suitable for us (couple with a baby <6months and a dog). The pool was lovely and very very clean. The location to Cancale for restaurants, groceries, market and browsing was excellent.

Lack of an oven in the kitchen. The microwave/oven combo too small. Gardens are very close without privacy. Only one sofa in an apartment for 8.

The location

You had to make up your own bed on arrival you had to leave a 400 euros deposit you only get it back upon an inspection on your accommodation on departure and you have to strip your own bed and take it to the laundry all this for 101 euros a night a joke would not stay again you go away to relax

L'emplacement vue sur la mer Jardins et espaces de circulation piéton super biens entretenus 🥰 Très proche du port et centre ville à pied Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Piscine au centre du village vacances super accessible. Piscine chauffée au top. La literie hyper confortable

Baignoire dans la salle de bain du haut sous la sous-pente, pas très accessible pour les grands😅 Placard avec des étagères trop petites pour la chambre du bas. Pour les chambres du haut, tout était top.

Le logement etait propre et le personnel accueillant et réactif

Je trouve inadmissible de facturer 15€ supplémentaire pour un kit bébé sachant que le bébé était compté parmi les voyageurs et que nous avons payé sa place. Pareil pour la WiFi qui est payante our pour le kit nettoyage at 5€ supplémentaire.... Par ailleurs, les logements et équipements sont vieillissants, les photos ont probablement plusieurs années et ne reflètent pas l'état actuel des logements.
