Location is great.
The parking was too small for my car (and was also extremely expensive, but the price is in line with costs in central Madrid). But the staff kindly pointed me to a nearby car park.

Location is everything. I like the balcony in our room as well
The walls were dirty in our room, furniture was old and chipped and dirty, our shower in room constantly got flooded so your feet was just wading in water.
