Beachfront Bliss for Two l Nova Escapes

When “just as per pic” actually delivers. The Starfish apartment was adored from the moment we walked in. From the ocean back drop, personal/direct access to the beach, the sounds of the surf 24/7, our long weekend was just blissful. The owner, Gary, met us on arrival, there were occupants in the next apartment but you could never tell. The bed was so comfortable, the couch and tvs had all available watching platforms. The spa tub with ocean views in the bathroom was just lovely. We will definitely return

The only minor issue wasn’t even the property’s fault. There is currently an intense moth plague on the east coast. No matter what measures were taken, the mites still managed to get in and annoy. Perhaps a gap in the screen-window sliding doors but we drew the curtains to block out the light which helped the swarm.

Location was exceptional …the instruction easy and amenities were very good

What’s not to like

Our stay was magical. Saw a pod of dolphins swim past as we had breakfast also saw whales one morning too. Binoculars where provided in the room. Beautiful spot.

The location was amazing we actually stayed for an additional 6 days ( total 11 days) as the setting was so relaxing and the views gorgeous. The outside area was really lovely very well set up.

There were a couple of things that let it down. The kitchen cutlery & crockery badly needs updating and the fridge isnt big enough if you are staying for more than 2 days. We booked for 5 days and only received 2 towels, on our 2nd visit we asked for additional towels which were provided but for an extended stay they should automatically provide extrs towels as there are no laundry facilities in the unit. The pillows were very soft, a couple of firmer pillows in cupboard would have been appreciated as we slept badly until we brought our own.
