An outdoor dining area for bbq nights overlooking a grassy level lawn for the kids to play. Two living areas with smart TV`s for movie nights.
Just a short walk to the Bay for a swim or day at the beach. Board games, free wifi, table tennis to relax with at night.

This property exceeded our expectations. It was modern, super clean and well styled and spacious. The gardens and home are private from the street allowing us to fully utilise the lush tropical yard. We loved staying here and would love to stay again.

Was looking for a property for the Easter weekend and most places I liked had negative reviews about cleanliness and other issues. I contacted Samantha and she assured me the cleanliness will be on point and it was. The house itself is gorgeous, very spacious and was good enough for two families. We cooked daily, used the bbq. It had fresh linen, towels and lots of utensils and cooking materials in the pantry. We didn't need a thing other than our beach towels. Samantha was extremely generous and let us check in few hours early and checkout 4 hours late at no extra charge. I will be recommending this property to our friends and we will definitely be booking through Sam for all of our central coast getaway from now on.Thanks Samantha!!

This home is beautiful and immaculate. The kitchen was great and the lounge area awesome. It’s only a short walk to the beach which was really handy.
