About this house rental
Welcome to Salt House. Just minutes to Bateau Bay Beach, cafes and the famous Crackneck Point Lookout this home is perfectly positioned to kick back, relax and unwind. Suited to families, this stunning home with heated pool and gorgeous outdoor entertaining area is perfect all year round for weekend breaks or longer stays.
Spend your days at Bateau Bay Beach, a charming and beautiful bay tucked between two headlands and backing on to Wyrrabalong National Park. The bay is popular for snorkelling, swimming and fishing, so grab your swimmers and make a day of it. If you like to get the heart pumping make sure you head up to Crackneck Point Lookout. This stunning walk is one of the best on the Central Coast and is an excellent spot for seasonal whale watching. For the shopaholics, take a short drive up to Long Jetty and spend a couple of hours mooching around the vintage clothing and homeware stores. Long Jetty also hosts markets on the last Saturday of each month and offers 130+ stores of food, fashion, local arts, produce and jewellery. Shelly Beach Golf Club is also just around the corner and offers 18 holes with beach views!
After a day of adventuring, head back to your beautiful beach abode and enjoy an evening chilling out on the alfresco deck or take a dip in the heated pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer to cook in the fresh air then fire up the BBQ. With lots of space to relax, play and entertain you`ll never want to leave!

-- Stunning heated swimming pool - 7m x 3.5m with deep end depth approx 2m and shallow end 1m. Temperature is 26 degrees through the shoulder seasons - as it is a larger pool operating on a heat pump it will struggle to get to this temperature through the depths of winter.

We loved this place. It came with all the added touches for a family, tea, coffee, condiments soaps etc. with all the appliances we needed. The place was beautifully presented and loved the outdoor bean bags for wonderful afternoons in the garden. The pool was delightful. Heated to the right temperature for small children we stayed in it the whole time. The shops just a 4 min walk up the road were so cute too. Thank you for making it such a pleasant time. Would highly recommend it to any family wanting to stay a week or longer.
