Broken balcony windscreeen door which let all the mosquitos into the house - we had to buy bug spray to avoid being bitten at night No lift had to climb 3 flights of stairs

Location was great. The apartment is spacious with beautiful views. Comfortable bed, great kitchen.
I had to ask where to pick up the keys, and we only got 1 key for the apartment, while we were in with 5 people.

Pubic hair all over bed in main room. Paid almost $2000 to sleep on couch. Not advertised 4 flights of stairs , no lift. Only 1 key, difficult in a group. Stained sheets in 3 rd room. Poor quality futon in second room, low to ground. Mattress very soft, no support
