Location was excellent.

Apartment was spacious and facilities were great. Thought curtains needed replacing. Outdoor area was in need of a good clean. Awning had lot of moss growing on it

Location was fantastic, a short walk to beach, shops, cafes and many more. The view from our balcony overlooking the park and ocean was first class.

Nothing to dislike about this place, just ideal.

The apartment itself is in a lovely location. Lots of space

Trouble getting the keys, took 3 tries to get them and then we found the key in an open letter box outside the actual block of apartments the next day. The main bed had clean sheets on it but the other two rooms didn’t. There was hair in all three beds and the spare linen in the cupboard had not been washed. No shower gel in ensuite and no toilet paper in the main bathroom. ( was on the bench in the kitchen) Real Estate was contacted by email and by phone and not very helpful. The bedding was changed but only because it was requested. We were not advised there would be services done on the lift on 6th and we had specifically asked if the apartment was disabled friendly as we had a disable man with us who couldn’t use stairs. We were told they didn’t know the lifts were being serviced this day until the day before. Find this hard to believe. When I tried to get some sort of refund booking.com were waiting to hear back from the real estate which they never did. We were told we were not entitled to a refund as we didn’t have a case!!! Booking.com gave us some credits with them as a goodwill measure but I honestly don’t think we will book through them again after this mess!
