Very nice staff, friendly and welcoming, free water distributor, location is perfect for bako bus stop (the bus stop is just vis a vis the hotel)

Very small room, there was hardly any space to put your suitcase. The a/c needs cleaning/fumigation. The room needs some refreshing or renovation.

back here again for my annual trip. location, hot shower amenities & the friendly houskeeping aunties all pleasant. free parking as well

DO NOT DOUBLE PAY THE MALAYSIAN TOURISM TAX TO STAFF. When you book on booking.com, the platform already collects the tourism tax. But the staff will collect it again at check-in without checking or asking. DO NOT PAY IT AGAIN. We only realised when checking our receipt. Location is decent and near amenities. Price is value for money. Cleanliness is basic but the whole floor smells like cigarettes. No frills. Good that has water dispenser

The staff doesn’t even check or ask before collecting tourism tax. It is strange they are not aware to check if the guest already paid. This seems like an accounting problem.
