Just great facility and strongly recommend!

Apartament was huge! Overall there were 2 separate rooms with bathrooms (each with separate,locked wnterance) and 3rd gigantic apartment with kitchen/dining room + bathroom and beedeoom. At the same, last floor. Personel was very helpful and easily available. Gladly allowed for our toddler to stay with us (despite the facility setup on booking as adult only). Close to the ski bus and kappl cable car station - walking distance. Finally what is really comforting is that everything we saw in the booking comments as a minus was already taken care of by the owners ( there is separate smal oven like device, a lot of cutlery, the owners asked us if we are ok with taking the trash dying our absence etc). Great to know that the recommendations and being considered !!

I know that it’s an adult only but if there would be an option for baby bed within would be great ;) it’s not really a con as we were fully aware of it but flagging that it might be beneficial for potential future guests.

Exceptional

Perfect location. Just 50 meters from the Kappl slopes. Kappl area is also very good for skiiing. Apartments is rather big, 2 rooms with kitchen. Very clean and nice. Parking just in front of thr door

Bekvemt, OK prissat og nem kommunikation med værterne.

Der er kun 100 m til skibussen, som kører mindst hver halve time og tit oftere. Bekvemt skirum i stueetagen. Veludstyret køkken, velegnet til self-catering.

Lidt ucharmerende udsigt, da vinduer vender enten om mod skrænten eller ud mod vejen. Fællesarealerne ligger som to tanger, så man bruger mest halvdelen med køkkenet.

Kein Sofa oder ähnliches, nur Tisch und Stühle in der Wohnküche und TV nur in den Schlafräumen, bei dem Preis kann man da mehr erwarten

klein minpuntje was dat er maar één sleutel beschikbaar was en we als gezin allermaal andere activiteiten en tijden hadden. Dat was beetje o handig Tip: sleutelkastje buiten

Es war sehr schön. Super Lage 2 Min. zur Talstation Kappl = Bushaltestelle. Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit viel Platz. Brötchen usw kann man täglich bestellen.
