Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop, grocery 450 m, bus stop "Kappl Mahren" 60 m, railway station "Landeck-Zams Bahnhof" 21.8 km. Ski lift, gondola lift 250 m, slopes, ski bus stop, sled run 10 m. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence. Member company Silvretta Card Premium from summer 2023: Unlimited use of all open mountain railways and local public transport in Paznaun, Samnaun and Montafon/Brandnertal, as well as unlimited use of the Silvretta High Alpine Road.
