The rooms were clean and appropriately sized. The neighbors were quiet. The host was very responding and accommodating. Our flight landed at 9pm and he stayed up until 11 waiting for us. The air conditioning was strong and kept us cool.
The water pressure is low, but that wasn't a big deal.

The mattres was extremely hard, so sleeping there was a real problem. I woke up both of the nights with back pain.
It's not a tourist neighbourhood so everything around is in thai. No laundry or bike rentals around
