Club One Seven is a cute property that is allegedly 130 years old. I was upgraded to a Deluxe room with a verandah on the river bank. It is quite a bit away from the old city. The sign for the hotel was pretty small. Some Grab drivers had difficulty find the property. The room was pretty dated and requires renovation and remodeling work. There weren't many well accessible plug points and the switches were not intuitive. The bathroom seemed like it was renovated recently. The bed was comfortable. But the room could have benefited with better sound proofing and possibly a fan. The breakfast choices were limited but good enough. I didn't partake in the sauna facilities. The pool was cute and fun. I wish the evening employee had a better command over English but Google Translate is a good friend. Overall, I would stay again.

We stayed for two nights in the king deluxe room, located in a 130 + year old house and had heaps of charm. It was clean and comfortable. After 3:00pm each night the place comes alive with guests and locals in and around the pool, sauna and steam room. Definitely plenty of fun to be had. There is always a creep or two around though so keep your whits about you.

Employees are amazing, super nice, extremely helpful. The facilities are fun; pool, sauna, bar/restaurant, jacuzzi and large dark room. It is extremely inexpensive only $*** a night with a simple breakfast included. Unfortunately we wee unable to sleep here. The house is very old, it should be a historical landmark. The floors do creek when people walk on it. The bathroom water never got hot, barely warm. There was mold in the bathroom and shower. We were only able to get snout 2-3 hours of sleep. The person in the room next too us had loud phone conversations, listen to the tv at max volume, and then had a hook up come over at 4am and they had loud sex. We had a 4 day trip planned and would not be able to function with only being able to get 2-3 hours asleep a night. We moved to a quieter more relaxing hotel. Definitely a place to visit for only a 160 baht day pass but not to sleep at.
