Good location and has a parking.
Very, very loud neighbours, I asked to bring the noise down (was quiet for 15min) but no luck. Neighbours left at around 2am and came back at 5am so was quiet for 3 hours. Room overall was cold and was not able to change the temperature ourselves. Bathroom is very uncomfortable and very tight. Bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the frame.
