This was our 2nd stay at this hotel and as usual the vendor was very welcoming and had a chat with us in the evening. He made sure our stay was to our satisfaction. The bed was comfy and room a decent size. A sea view would be lovely but for the amount of time we was in the room the view didnt matter.
There was nothing we didnt like. Everything was to our expectations and the vendor was always happy to help and was very polite and welcoming.

Staff was pleasant
When we arrive staff asked if we want to upgrade for a sea view room for 10 pounds I replied no ok with are rooms staff went off on the phone and returned and said we had to upgrade grade as need are room for disabled and had to pay the 10 pounds upgrade what I feel was not my fault as there error so was not happy about that as cost more more
