Definitely worth staying here, such a lovely host, great family atmosphere, the daughters are lovely too and help where they need to. Central to both the tower and the pleasure beach, with a tram stop at the bottom of the road, a couple of parking options available too. Highly recommend breakfast as part of the stay too.

Very convenient to all of the attractions. Secure parking spaces. And a real nice welcome. Breakfast was really good.

Enjoyed cosy and warm environment. Breakfast was great set you up for the day. Felt nothing would be a hassle and our Landlady would go the extra mile to help if problems arose

Lisa who owns the property was very welcoming and always available throughout our stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed. In a great location half way between the south and central piers.
