Super clean and amazingly designed . The food in the restaurant was delicious and Hamza was so welcoming
The reception was not welcoming. The idea of having 4$ on each sandwich ordered sounded so unprofessional. The food in the restaurant is so expensive. The shisha was horrible

The kids enjoyed the impeccably clean pools and water slide so much! Staff were helpful and readily attentive to all needs.
There is room for improvement regarding wheelchair accessibility for seniors

The sea view the pools and space overall
They took $40 just to park my car vip for two nights (isnt that alot?) .. my brother also parked they took from $30 to park fot 2 nigjts (why? Do i look loke i have more money ?)
The couches in the room were not clean (spots are everywhere)
The غلقة for the small refregirator was broken.
The bathrooms are all transparent.
I had to reconnect to the wifi millions of times
The breakfast was poor.
The gym was off.
