The food, the staff and the location are v good

The beds werent comfortable, we had a winter duvet the first night which left us soaking. The staff tried to do something but the other night was the same. While i understand and support full rights for staff to have breaks. The kitchen staff breaks were just by the rooms balcony, when you are supposed to.relax and chill and have some.privacy. The gatherings exceeded 10 people at the same time.sometimes, with the staff being so loud that my expat husband thought there was a party. We had to call reception because the "break" can go up to an hour. The reception staff were understanding they tried to.solve, but the problem continued until we.left. The staff clearly are entitled to a decent break area, but away from.the guests.
