Everything. I always stay here when I come to Boario Terme and the service and quality of food was exceptional as always. I have loved discovering Italian cuisine from this hotel and I always look forward to coming back. We arrived really late at night but they left our room key and a bottle of water at reception. That was so nice of them.

This is my fave place to stay in Boario. The staff are very professional and friendly. No request is too great. The food is amazing. When coming to Boario, if there is no availability in this hotel, I postpone my trip.

Friendly accomadating staff

Very nice hotel. Perfect location in centre of town close to bus and train station. Few restaurants in the town but all a short walk. Nice clean rooms with balcony. Welcoming reception area. Staff was very friendly and welcoming and couldn't be nicer. Would stay here again although the town of Boario is very quiet. May have something to do with the lack of snow. The hotel has an excellent dinner menu, and has multiple vegetarian options. very busy lots of different people,including locals. Made our stay very enjoyable and authentic.

Hotel could have suggested more things to do in the area, such as local bike rides to very scenic places, lake moro or lake iseo. Both gorgeous. Beautiful cycle paths in Boario and hotel offer lots of good info about them on request, but a map or brochure for it would be good. Boario is a very quiet town, and there is not much to do if you do not want to nature hike or cycle. Perhaps it was time of year but very peaceful and quiet. Would not recommend staying here for more than few days, no fault of the hotels whatsoever.Excelllent people very accomadating staff, and they do excellent vegetarian meals..

A pleasant stay with friendly staff.

Very helpful staff, and large room with good facilities.

The hotel room was at the front of the building, which is next to a busy road. There was double glazing, but the traffic noise was quite loud in spite of this.

L'esperienza nel complesso ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative. La camera era accogliente e pulito, e la colazione era buonissima.

La camera non era insonorizzata come previsto. Si sentiva chiaramente le persone che chiacchieravano nel corridoio, e il rumore della camera di sopra.

Soggiorno stupendo

Posizione centralissima, a 100 metri dalle Terme e da tanti posti di ristorazione. Staff gentilissimo, struttura accogliente e pulitissima. Ho adorato colazione abbondante, c’era di tutto e di più. La simpatia e gentilezza delle proprietarie in reception che ci hanno fornito tutte le info necessarie. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Calda, accogliente e con ogni comfort. Abbiamo sostato solo una notte per un viaggio di lavoro, ma l’aria che si respira da una sensazione di pace e relax. Una struttura che merita. Buona anche la colazione. Al prossimo viaggio di lavoro, torneremo sicuramente.

Oltre le mie aspettative

Direi ottimo, dai proprietari, al personale di sala e personale addetto alle pulizie,sempre molto cordiali e a disposizione, ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Stanza pulitissima (come tutto il resto dell'albergo), e molto spaziosa, fornita di tutto. Colazione molto buona, varia, sia dolce che salato. Posizione tranquilla, molto vicina alle terme e a vari negozi, tra cui supermercati, il centro è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, pur essendo con affaccio sulla strada, era silenziosissimo, insomma Rapporto qualita/prezzo, direi più che soddisfacente. Sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Consigliatissimo

Una ottima scoperta

Posizione centralissima a 2 minuti a piedi dalle Terme, parcheggio comodo coperto e scoperto, stanze pulite e luminose. Staff gentilissimo e con una eccellente attenzione al cliente. Alla sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante, rapporto qualità presso eccellente, ottima qualità, personale cortese e servizio rapido. Veramente un'ottima scoperta, ci torneremo sicuramente

Staff cordiale e disponibile , siamo arrivati praticamente all'ora in cui cominciavano a servire la cena , accoglienza immediata e disponibilità e cordialità massima. Ci hanno assegnato una camera molto spaziosa confortevole e con arredi moderni , il tempo di una doccia e siamo scesi per la cena , pagata extra ma a prezzo decisamente conveniente.
