Perfect spot for a family holiday in Montenegro

It's our second time staying with Lungo Mare - and definitely not the last one! What a joy to be back, and that's the case for many Lungo Mare guests who come back every year. Great location, EVERYTHING you need for your perfect stay, stunning views, various sport equipment, sun chairs and umbrellas, direct beach access from your balcony - the level of comfort that the 5* hotel nearby can barely offer. The restaurant nearby offers great level of service and very good quality with the prices that are more than reasonable. I've already recommended this place - and happy to do it again!

Wonderful time in Sveti Stefan with an amazing view

Perfect location - view of Sveti Stefan and in a quiet corner of the beach. Loved that there were paddle boards, beach chairs etc that were freely available. Eating on the terrace in the evening was a highlight. Very helpful staff.

The bathroom would need an upgrade. It would also have been good to get proper bedding with a duvet. The kitchenette was not too well equipped and the hob in the kitchen did not work very well, it was difficult to boil water.

Fantastic location in Sveti Stefan.

Excellent location overlooking the island. Directly on the beach, just a few steps to the ocean. Super restaurant next door to apartment which served tasty food and good service. A great bonus. The ladies in charge of the apartments were very kind and helpful, which I appreciated very much. Highly recommend.

Be prepared for many steps to get up to the mini market or where a taxi can collect /drop off. If you have limited mobility or are carrying small children, it could be a challenge. I'm 60 and quite fit, but I only went up a couple of times as it was quite strenuous, especially in the heat.

Avoid staying here - dirty, unsecure and expensive for what you get

Incredible location on the beach - that's about it

* Room was dirty, dusty and we found a used condom behind the bedside table when we went to plug in a phone charger (see picture) * Drain in the bathroom was cracked/broken on the floor (see picture) * Patio/terrace doors were broken/didn't close. The balconies aren't segregated, there is just a curtain between them.. so people staying either side could have just pushed them from outside to enter our room. We raised this with the host who said she would come and look.. instead the cleaner (who was cleaning next door) came in, looked, agreed that they needed replacing and that was it... the host didn't message again to acknowledge this happening or to apologise etc. Looking at other reviews, they seem to have been broken for several years, so I don't know why they haven't been replaced (can't upload video, screenshot showing them just pulling open whilst "closed" with minimal effort). * The shower is bizarre to say the least.. it has 3 outlets (jets, handheld to the side, handheld for the seat at the bottom).... on our first day we used the higher handheld and it half flooded the bathroom due to the poor sealing of the shower, so after that we had to sit down to avoid repeats. The shower screen was also mouldy.. and if you are 6"2 or above you literally will not fit in the shower stood up. Sveti Stefan on the whole is beautiful but there isn't a huge amount there... would advise just doing a couple of nights. Amadeus next door is lovely so would recommend going there... avoid Caffe Caffe, it's awful

Perfect location and relaxed setting.

The location right on the edge of the sea was perfect. The outdoor space meant we had our own “private beach”. The shower on the terrace was a nice touch too. The owner and staff were really helpful and friendly.

It was in need of a little TLC in places but nothing major. Parking in Sveti Stefan is a nightmare so we paid an extra €20/day for a reserved space near the apartment. Descending 4 flights of quite dirty steps to get to the apartment wasn’t great either (note the steps are public, not the responsibility of the accommodation owners).

The location is fantastic! The furniture, bathroom is modern, very nice. We also had a Parking place. The restaurant next to it was very good.

Exceptional

Perfect location on the Crystal Blue Sea. I stayed in a apartment with terrace just a staircase down to the sea when it gets to hot. Great restruant next to apartment with excellent food they also deliver to your room. Tamara the host was wonderful and helped with anything we needed , we enjoyed getting to know her and her super talented daughter who is 10 and speaks fantastic English. The most relaxing holiday ever. Fantastic view of sveti stefan Island. So many positives

One of the best views ever in a beautiful part of Montenegro - would love to return

The view was just amazing, the room was generous and the host very reliable when needed. The beach was seconds away and our host gave us great local options to do and explore - very appreciated.

The bathroom was tiny but workable, parking was tricky in this area but the host gave us directions to some local free parking.

Excellent view/location BUT overpriced

Location obviously perfect with direct view on the see and access to the beach with a staircase.

The equipment (lightbulbs missing in bathroom, NO Shower Gel, only one bedsheet for 2 persons, No Blanket, impossible to turn off air conditioner, fridge almost out of order) and the absence of little perks (no coffee, no tea) , and the lousy Window to balcony (feared it would fall apart). Person in charge very nice but the price for 4 star claimed status need a little effort.

Malina made us feel very welcome in Lungo Mare and made sure we had everything. Iovanna was there for my check-in which went smoothly. The rooms, especially the first floor ones are superb and they view is amazing. It was very quiet during off season and the weather and the sea was perfect.

The apartment is on a nice private beach with beautiful terrace and beautiful view on the St. Stefan peninsula. The Red Rock beach is also very near.

The owners (Ivona) and the staff (Malina) were extremely helpful, look well after all the guests and make you feel right at home. The apartment, including the kitchen is very clean and fully equipped, so it's super convenient to prepare your own meals. Otherwise, the restaurant is in the same building so eating out is an option as well. The beach is steps away, at the bottom of the building staircase and very clean. Sun beds, umbrellas, and clean beach towels are readily available. I highly recommend this place and look forward to going back.

Apartment for 1-2 people really very close to the sea and with great view

Apartment is situated at the end of the beach and very close to the sea. You can hear sound of the surf just from your bed. View from terrace is amasing! Nice restaurant with good breakfasts, Amadeus, is also very close

Terrace is in common use of 2 or 3 apartments. But it wasn`t high season so other apartments were not occupied.

We loved the location on the beach with awesome sea view, the cosy apartment with nice climate where we didn't even have to use the air conditioner, with just a step forward from the terrace to the beach, and of course, the chamberwoman Malina who is the soul of the place, so friendly and sincere!

Great apartment with great people

The staff was amazing. We arrived late to check in due to a full day travel and delayed at a border crossing. I messaged the Apartment and they responded quickly and waiting till we arrived to make sure we got settled in. The restaurant Amadeus, located at the bottom of the apartments delivered food to our room. Everyone was friendly.

Умопомрачительный вид на свети стефан. Пляж прямо под окном - спустился по лесенке и соазу в море) очень удобно, что есть зонтики, лежаки и стулья для гостей этих апартов. Пляж галечный, лучше иметь спец обувь.

Было неочень чисто и мебель и сантехника изношеные. Обратите внимание, что терасса между номерами отделена качелью и шторой. У нас не было соседей, поэтому не беспокоило

Her şey çok güzeldi. Tamara çok iyi bir iletişim kurdu. Her ihtiyacımızı kaşıladı. Bize çok tavsiyede bulundu. Ev tertemizdi. Manzarası harika, denize sıfır.

Banyosunda sorun vardı. Otoparkı yok ama Tamara ücretsiz otoparka yönlendirdi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Een fantastisch verblijf in een mooi appartement gelijk aan het strand met uitzicht op Sveti Stefan

Locatie was echt fantastisch! Bij het naar buiten lopen van je appartement, die gelijk aan het strand zit, zie je Sveti Stefan voor je. Je zit er zo dichtbij dat je er makkelijk heen kan lopen. Onze Tip! om dit vooral te doen in de hele vroege ochtend wanneer het nog lekker rustig is. Het appartement is trouwens ook geweldig. Keurig verzorgd en van alle faciliteiten voorzien. De Host is super aardig en reageert gelijk via de app.

De trappen naar je appartement toe. Maar dat heb je er wel voor over.
