    If you go here for the first time thru grab car, the pin will actually drop you at the pension's back door. But don't worry, the staff are used to it. Better to pin PSSLAI building at General Echavez St., which is just across the main entrance of Palazzo. They have no elevator, so it was nice that the room assigned to us was just the 2nd floor. The room is a good deal 👍🏼 we added a bed (because we are 3 adults) and they provided a folding bed with mattress and blanket. For the toiletries, they provided bath towels, soap, and sachet shampoo. Shower is kind of old, but hot and cold water is pretty easy to use. The exhaust fan does not make a sound so I'm unsure if it works or not, but the bathroom doesn't smell bad, so I guess it's ok. There is a cabinet with plenty of hangers. There is also a smart TV–the channels are not working well, but it connects well to my android phone. Finally, we like it because it is in a quiet neighborhood but still within the city center. Also, the staff are very accommodating.
