I love the area very accessible to grocery stores and malls. Stunning city view especially during the night. The beds are comfy and the ac is cold which I like.

At first, we weren’t able to connect to the wifi but I brought it up to the unit owner and she amazingly provided help right away. I wish the hot shower was warmer it was room temperature but not too worries about it. The bathroom needs more tlc and during our stay we weren’t able to use the pool since it’s getting fixed but overall the room is fantastic

The air conditioned is very cold. The unit is very clean. I like the ambiance.

The location was near restaurants and not too far from SM seaside. It was a smooth experience overall!

Location is OK, close to Osmeña Circle, Robinsons Supermarket, Ayala SM is quite near. Nice view over the city. 7-11 at the ground floor.

Many problems from the start. The location has two buildings with the same room numbers. I wasn’t sure where to go because the owner didn’t give clear instructions about which entrance to use (left or right). This was the worst issue: extremely weak mobile network at that height (42nd floor), so the internet almost doesn’t work. There is a router, but it doesn’t work properly. The owner didn’t provide the Wi-Fi password, and I had to ask twice. It took a long time to get a response, and the password I received was wrong. The owner promised help, but nothing happened for several hours. I eventually figured out that the provided password was incorrect because one of the letters needed to be capitalized. The next day, the Wi-Fi stopped working anyway. Restarting the router didn’t help. The shower didn’t work. There was only a tap with cold water and a primitive bucket underneath it. No toilet paper was provided in the restroom, and there was no soap or other supplies. The safe is ridiculous! You can simply pick it up and leave with it, as it isn’t secured to anything. I also couldn’t use it because it was locked. The owner promised help again, but nothing happened during my two-day stay. Anyone can pass the reception, and the elevator has just buttons that anyone can use (no card-controlled access). Smoke detector is removed from the ceiling.
