Have to pay extra for key card, no iron for guest, no restaurant had to remind staff to clean up room

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time! The room was very clean, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Also they have a section in the carpark where they look after stray cats, which we thought was very kind.

The room is clean and smells good however, on our check out day, their water supply had somehow a chemical in it which tasted bad (we were able to taste it during toothbrush) and harsh to the skin since we took a bath. I did not finish taking a bath due to this. We asked the staff about it but they did not even know if they had a maintenance ongoing in their water supply. We were just told to wait for their supervisor since they had no idea what happened.
