Great location and friendly owner

Good size apartment in an excellent central location above a nice restaurant. The apartment is very close to the station and ski bus stop, and well located for the town centre. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Would be happy to return.

We were in Seefeld five times and finally found our holiday home ... Fully equipped apartment in the immediate vicinity of the city center. The nice host and great restaurant are the 'sweet icing on the cake'.

Fantastic stay at Südtiroler Stube

Guido was an exceptionally welcoming host and this location was perfect for me and my family. Located right in the middle of town, we could easily walk to shops, ski rental, ski school and ski buses. The flat was very well equipped including a good kitchen and a huge bathroom! Clean and comfortable.

Excellent

We have been going to Seefeld for many years, and this has to be one of the best apartments we have rented. It is very well organised and equipped. We got the impression that someone lived there before it was let out as a holiday apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped - oven, hob, microwave (you don't always get all three). There is a choice of coffee machines and a kettle! The bathroom has a shower and an Olympic sized bath! There is even a washing machine. Large double bed that is actually one bed, not two pushed together. Walk-in wardrobe, so lots of storage space. There is a separate sitting room (the sofa might become a bed). So when we lost a day to unseasonal heavy rain it was not difficult to spend most of the day in the apartment. The internet works well. The Südtiroler is located across the road from the railway station, and it is only slightly further to the main shopping street and the Spar supermarket. And of course, it is located above what is without any doubt the best restaurant in the village. We ate there three times this week!

Fabulous Holiday

Everything was perfect. The apartment was lovely and homely and very cozy of an evening, there is everything you can imagine in the kitchen perfect for self catering or if you wish to eat our there is a fabulous restaurant below or many eating places within walking distance. The owner of the property Guido is a lovely man couldn't be more helpful .
