Exceeding expectations

Beautiful and good location in Munduk center with the most perfect view. Amazed by the value for money. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and many breakfast options (fruit, eggs, pancakes, toast, rice, noodles). Also many Warung options at less than 5 minutes walking. Showers with warm water and soap. This stay was perfect for visiting the waterfalls, they gave us information and a map of the possible hikes.

Exceptional value for money

Overall much better than we could hope for. The room was very clean and comfortable. The accommodation is a very charming family-run place that also includes a restaurant, serving home cooked meals. Aditya was a super kind and welcoming host who gave us recommendations and information about the region. Would highly recommend if staying in Munduk for a few days.

Lovely homestay in my favourite area in my trip to Bali

This is just a lovely place, in an amazing and authentic part of Bali. The room is clean and comfortable. It is simple and not very modern looking, but i found it just great. Mine overlooked the hills and had a little balcony. The noodles at breakfast were delicious. Better than the omlette, by the way. I recommend you try their lunch & dinner menu, it’s very good and super cheap. The owner is so nice and helpful. The house is perfectly located for a rice and waterfall walk (you will get a map).

This isn’t about the property, which i absolutely recommend. Munduk is a rather isolated area, in the hills. If you do not have a scooter/car it’s not easy go places (except the short walks on the map you get at check in). There is also no exchange or atm within walking distance, but you can pay by card

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave us a good map of the area with a suggestion for a walk to rice terraces and waterfalls, that was really cool. They also helped arrange a driver for us at a good price and they even drove me to a spa nearby with their scooter for free. The rooms are spacious. The bed is comfortable. The linen are super soft ! There's a good mosquito net. The breakfast is very nice. The whole place is really beautiful and cosy (the photos on Booking don't do it justice). There are some nice restaurants nearby. The view is very nice. We loved our stay here !

This is a fantastic place to stay. Our room was huge, with a large balcony offering stunning views over the countryside. It was spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom, fridge, desk and comfortable bed. The staff are amazing, incredibly kind, caring and helpful. They can give you a trekking map for the region, and explain the best things to do locally. The food was great, for vegans there was lots of choice. This was completely unexpected for a hotel in the middle of the countryside. Secure scooter storage is available in a garage under the hotel.

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der mich bei der Touren-Planung unterstützt und mir 1 Scooter vermittelt hat.. Ich durfte früher einchecken in 1 helles und großes Zimmer mit 1 riesigen Balkon mit toller Aussicht, guter Klimaanlage und Beleuchtung. Leckeres Frühstück mit Auswahl- Möglichkeit. Zentrale Lage in Munduk und von Wasserfällen und viel Grün umgeben.

Homestay comfortable

L’emplacement était beau et bien entretenu. La chambres grande très propre. Le matelas confortable. Eau chaude. Personnel très souriant. Le monsieur de l’accueil m’a trouvé un excellent guide pour aller voir les cascades le lendemain.

Le petit déjeuner. Le café n’est pas balinais. Il est très dilué, dommage ….et j’aurais du prendre des toasts plutôt que le nasi goreng. Le deuxième jour ce petit déjeuner ne m’a pas réussi… (j’ai pris tous mes repas dans cet homestay, donc c’est bien ce petit déjeuner qui m’a indisposée)

UN PETIT COIN DE PARADIS

La vue incroyable sur la montagne, on peut y rester une heure ou plus à admirer la vue sans s'ennuyer, emplacement au départ du tranquille trek pour les rizieres en terrasses et proche de l'entrée du chemin pour les des cascades 200 m ..Le Top! Douche chaude, petit déjeuner au choix à préciser chaque soir selon les envies, repas délicieux, patron et personnel adorable..bref je suis fan... .

Nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre (chambre spacieuse, literie confortable) Un grand merci pour l’accueil et les échanges avec le gérant de l’établissement. Heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het ontbijt was goed en de bedden zeer comfortabel. De kamers waren ruim en schoon. Daarnaast was het uitzicht prachtig en was er veel te zien in de omgeving, wel heb je hiervoor een scooter nodig. Verder was het personeel erg lief en behulpzaam.

Alojamiento cómodo, limpio y con unas vistas espectaculares. El desayuno está muy bien y el café buenísimo. Tiene muy buena ubicación, bares buenos para comer, alquiler de moto, supermarket… y muchas cascadas cerca, si te interesa una ruta por algunas cascadas es un buen sitio donde alojarse. Por último, destacar la atención del propietario, muy amable y educado, nos ayudó en todo.

Simpatia, conforto e excelente localização!

Excelente localização com vistas fantásticas e desafogadas para as montanhas. Muito próximo de warungs com excelente comida e a ótimos preços. Os quartos são espaçosos, confortáveis e extremamente cuidados e limpos e contam com uma área de estar na zona exterior, em frente ao quarto. O dono, família e funcionários são super simpáticos, amáveis e disponíveis. Chegámos um pouco antes da hora de check-in e disponibilizara-nos um espaço para deixar a bagagem enquanto terminavam de preparar o quarto. Muito obrigada por esta ótima estadia em Munduk!

Diese Aussicht ist einfach grandios

Alles ist blitzblank.. die ganze Anlage wird sehr gut gepflegt. Das war ein schöner Aufenthalt bei Putu und seiner Familie. Auch das Essen ist sehr empfehlenswert.
