The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. We had a large room with a double bed and a single for just the two of us. Plenty of space.
We based here to visit Giant's Causeway, The Dark Hedges, Carrick-a-Rede, Kinbane Castle etc and the location was amazing.
Single bed was not comfortable and my friend who slept in it didn't have a good sleep. She said the bed was too soft. It might have been ok for a child.

Valerie and John were so friendly and welcoming. We wished we were there longer! Great location - close to Carrick Rope Bridge and Giants Causeway. Room was very quiet, clean and spacious

Spacious room with comfortable bed. Good bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Very good breakfast. Convenient location for visiting Rathlin Island, the Glens of Antrim, the Giant's Causeway, north coast beaches
There was a beautiful sea view but only when standing, pity couldn't be seen from the sofa. The property was on the pricey side but that is a feature of the whole area, some hotels were quite exorbitant. It is some distance from the town centre, advantages and disadvantages to that, very quiet and could walk round the substantial property grounds.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. They seemed genuinely interested in ensuring you had a good stay. Comfortable bed and all the facilities you would expect.
Good range of items available for breakfast which was included in the price.
Great value for money considering the Open golf was taking place nearby.
Local Translink bus passed the door and the driver was happy for you to flag him down to stop.
More detailed instructions on how to reach the property as it is well outside Ballycastle.
Limited choice of evening meals.

It was a great location clean and a fair value

The food was lovely that they serve in the bar. The staff were nice and friendly. Decent view from the room.
I do need to agree with other reviews regarding very tired dated rooms and decor. Really could do with bringing the rooms into a modern style. Tv was in a very awkward position. Bathroom seat broken. Ceiling stained in bathroom. I’m not telling the proprietors how to run their business etc but really do need to make upgrades within rooms. Thin walls also.

Location is exceptional - great sea views and close to major attractions. Short drive to Ballycastle for shops and restaurants. Friendly welcome.
More tea, coffee and milk could be provided in rooms. Bathroom taps a bit stiff, and no soap or shampoo provided for bath (shower ok). Minor things.

location and view of ocean, decent breakfast, willing to make a simple
supper
rooms need updating, sink taps need replacing, asking for payment shouldn’t be the first sentence asked - so off-putting and unwelcoming, but the rest of the service was great.

It was close to the Carrick-rede-rope bridge.
It was too far away from the town of Ballycastle.
The property was dated and needed to be refurbished.

The owners - Valerie and John! The restaurant and bar were closed by the time we got there, but they kindly opened the bar for us and we ended up becoming fast friends and spent the evening together. They are awesome!
We liked everything.

OK
The lock on the bedrooms where knackered, couldn't easily use them, the apartment was poor , well in fact the worse by a mile from all the others, but the location was the Best, very disappointing to say the least. No security for parked cars. Breakfast was ok, will not be going back. heating was on all night, the room was like an oven. not good.

The host was very pleasant and accommodating and lovely to deal with.
Breakfast included eggs, bacon etc if requested
Furniture broken and some architraves around the cupboards missing.
Bedside table light not working
Entry Door handle falling off as was toilet roll holder
No toiletries provided. Bed not too comfortable.
Whole place needs some love.
There is no restaurant even though it was advertised that it had one. Not sure if booking.com need to update info or whether it is the responsibility of the venue to ensure accurate information. Had to travel several miles into town for dinner.
