Although there was a picnic table, a couple of deck chairs to sit and relax in the sunshine would be lovely.

very quaint and quiet
The bed has the worst mattress my wife and myself have ever tried to sleep on . (I say tried to sleep on - we did not sleep ).We had to put a duvet from one of the bunk beds over it to get any sleep on the second night . There was a very strong smell of drains in the bathroom . My wife treated the bath , shower and wash hand basin ,to a good dose of bleach which seemed to do the trick .

Fantastic place for a holiday if you value peace and quiet. The house is warm with central heating and underfloor heating and is in a tranquil rural setting. The lodge is well furnished in a period style with everything you need for a getaway from the modern world. Bring some books and enjoy the peace.

Wonderful location and a great view. Clean and cozy. An enjoyable quit place out in the country. Wonderful views.
No TV. No wifi. This was not apparent when I booked this location. We took a laptop and downloaded movies before we got there. With out doing this it would have been some long boring evenings.
