U' Iazzu

We had a wonderful stay at U' Iazzu. The apartment was very comfortable, with daily cleaning and a charming little garden; the staff were attentive and helpful, and breakfast in the garden was wonderful. Even though it’s a bit of a walk to the beach, Spiaggia Pantanello is stunning.

The only downside is the slightly long distance to the beach (a 15-minute walk), but it’s fine if you have a car or avoid making the trip in the middle of the day during the peak heat. On the plus side, the area is quieter, and there is the added advantage of having a supermarket just a 3-minute walk away.

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. Paola is a wonderful host. I really enjoyed the generous, fresh breakfast, which included plenty of fruit and fresh local produce. It was served in the beautiful garden. I would definitely go back.

Tutto perfetto, proprietari gentili e simpatici, ci siamo sentiti come a casa , colazione super! Camere pulitissime ed attrezzate, il parcheggio gratuito in strada si trova sempre, la zona è tranquilla, a pochi passi dal centro e vicino alla spiaggia , torneremo sicuramente. Grazie di tutto.

Colazione semplice ma ben fornita, ampio e rilassante giardino.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto due inconvenienti non piacevoli: al nostro arrivo la nostra camera puzzava in maniera pungente di formaggio perché il frigo era stato lasciato sporco e spento (ho provveduto io a svuotare un cassettino pieno di melma putrida); queste cose non devono accadere. La sera successiva abbiamo trovato, infilata nella toppa della nostra porta, il mazzo di chiavi di tutta la struttura, lasciato lì chissà da quanto: chiunque sarebbe potuto entrare nella nostra camera come in quella degli altri ospiti. Riterrei opportuno si facesse più attenzione a questo genere di cose, per salvaguardare la privacy e gli effetti personali, magari importanti, delle persone che si ospitano. La proprietaria, una volta dette entrambe queste cose, ha un po' banalizzato... Il prezzo, anche alla luce di queste gravi mancanze, mi è parso veramente esagerato.
