The owners are super helpful. Mini apartment was clean and had all the necessities.
The only thing negative is that the car parking is on the road not garaged. On the other hand parking was never a problem, plenty of space available and the area is super safe.

Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort e soprattutto profumatissimo. Flavia e Salvo disponibili e gentilissimi. In camera per altro caffè, marmellate, cioccolato, fette biscottate per iniziare la giornata in tranquillità. In casa qualsiasi accessorio era presente, ma davvero qualsiasi cosa servisse c'era. Vicinissima la spiaggia di Avola, proprio fuori al viale una zona commerciale con tutti i supermercati presenti, parcheggio sempre disponibile fuori l'appartamento (gratuito). Posizione favolosa per girare la valle da sud a nord (Modica, Noto, Marzamemi, Siracusa, Ortigia, Riserva di Vendicari, etc).

Brand new property. Very clean and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed including washing machine and dryer. Bed was super comfy. Flavia was kind and helpful…. Nothing too much trouble.
No outdoor area or balcony.

La suite è semplicemente meravigliosa, curata nei minimi dettagli e caratterizzata da un design moderno, pulitissimo e super accogliente. Non mancava davvero nulla per garantire il massimo del comfort durante le nostre 3 notti. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, è stata la persona che gestisce la struttura: estremamente gentile, brava, disponibile e attenta a ogni nostra esigenza.
