Personalul a fost foarte prietenos. Local curat.

A nyíregyházi állatparkot akartuk megnézni, de messze lakunk, ezért foglaltam szállást, a Lugas hotelre esett a választásom. Reggeli benne volt az ellátásban, nem volt túl nagy választék, de jól laktunk. Vacsorát egyik este rendeltünk a hotel éttermi részén, nagyon finom és kiadós volt. A wellness részlege lehetne tisztább, de célnak megfelel, állatkertezés utáni este, illetve érkezésünk napján fürödtünk kicsit. A szobában található légkondicionáló nagyon gyenge volt, inkább nyitott ablaknál aludtunk. A személyzet nagyon kedves. Összeségében jól éreztük magunkat.

A szobánkban található légkondicionáló nagyon gyenge volt, inkább nyitott ablaknál aludtunk, de a szobánk mellett valami nagy elektromos berendezés nagyon hangosan zúgott, ez kicsit zavaró volt. A matracok nagyon puhák voltak, nem volt túl kényelmes.

Przyjemny hotel. Strefa z basenem, sauną pozytywnie nas zaskoczyła. Bardzo dobre śniadanie

Only the spa facilities are ok ,but as well there is missing the cleanliness and needs upgrades .

Very far from the city center,the hotel is definitely outdated and needs proper maintenance: the carpet is really dirty and the hairdryer has the wires non isolated and you might be electrocuted. The bedsheets were torn up and with holes ,the pillows as well needed to be changed. I have booked the room with the sofa ( for a 14th year adolescent) and got a crib which is for smaller kids ) . In the bathroom there are no shelves and the shower was definitely broken as the water was spraying in all directions. On top of the "wonderfully "lady at the reception you have no chance to talk with her due to her bad attitude and lack of English ,she was not able to understand us and be a good host . As well the Deluxe Room pictures on this Hotel are only as reference ( mentioned from the receptionist) and you might get a totally different room and cheaper than the one you paid ,so be very careful as they are really sneaky.
