Mirotel Resort and Spa

Fancy outside but old inside.

Spa is not comfortable located. You have to walk so far away from your room , it was hard with a baby

Old school flavour. Same as in the whole town

All was good, but I hit my head 3 times over the extended railing they have on the balcony. Breakfasts were great, but surprisingly lunches were just okay

It was a surreal but enjoyable experience. The hotel was empty and dimly lit, powered by generators, while the adjacent medical centre was without electricity for much of the day because of outages caused by strikes on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. Yet everything functioned smoothly, all services were provided and the buffet dinners in the restaurant on the first floor were so delicious, diverse and elegantly served they will forever top my personal list of the best hotel meals.

It snowed the day I left and I was ill, so I chose to order a taxi to get to the railway station, which is not far from the hotel. The receptionist said their own driver would pick me up, but he never arrived and never answered the phone ))) Fortunately, they put me on a bus with some ladies going to another location and I made it on time.
