Es liegt mitten im Zentrum und ist einfach zu finden. Parken auf dem Grundstück ist einfach möglich. Die Toilettenspülung ist ein Desaster. Man muss fünf mal spülen, bis es erledigt ist.
es ist ausgesprochen laut. Man kann nur schlafen, wenn das Fenster komplett geschlossen ist. Es ist ein Schallschutzfenster, aber man hat keine frische Luft. Der Straßenlärm lässt einen weder einschlafen noch ausschlafen.
