The room was spacious, clean, and in close proximity to most of the city.
Having to use a common area to make a drink, which was limited to coffee with no milk or fruit tea. The accommodation has zero kerb appeal. The entrance and stairwells are in a poor condition resulting in a poor first impression, not helped by the key not being where it should have been, meaning we had to message the owner and wait 10 minutes for him to drive over and let us in. Finally, the breakfast was a walk around the corner to get a glass of water, coffee, and a pastry in a supermarket cafe.

Location and friendly host. The breakfast is in a café 5 min away from the accommodation and it consists of a coffee or tea, one juice and a pastry.
The building is on a busy street with traffic and noise.

Location is close to the marina and boardwalk.
Bad wifi and you can hear everything above, below and beside you. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. Plus, it was called a bed and breakfast but it's really more like a clean, private hostel with no breakfast and poor internet.
