L’appartement est vraiment nickel et bénéficie de très bons équipements moderne. C’est confortable et au calme alors que l’on est proche du centre. Le propriétaire est sympathique et donne quelques conseils (parking, visites, restaurant…) Bref au top 👌

On a tout aimé chez Ricardo, tout a été au top, il a été aux petits soins avec nous et nous a donné de très bon conseils pour les plages, les monuments et les rues marchandes. On a pris le garage en options et c’est vraiment un plus. Je recommande 1000 fois.

Sehr netter Vermieter, der rund um die Uhr erreichbar ist und sich immer um alles kümmert. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in der Innenstadt, so dass man alles zu Fuß erreichen kann. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und modern (ALEXA, Dusche mit Radio,) ausgestattet. Sehr gute Klimatisierung. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage liegt nur wenige Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Sehr ruhig in der Wohnung. Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Appartamento molto spazioso, pulitissimo, comodissimo, in perfetto stato, con tutti gli accessori più moderni. Riccardo è un padrone di casa molto gentile, sempre disponibile. La zona è centrale, a due passi dal mare e dalle aree pedonali. La ciliegina sulla torta è il garage a 30 metri dall'appartamento. Non avrei potuto immaginare di meglio per il mio soggiorno a Cagliari.
