Great location, lots of room and friendly helpful staff.
The lobby and communal areas were well maintained but the rooms (studios) are run down and would benefit from a refurbish.

We loved our spacious apartment!
The couch is beginning to sag and be uncomfortable but the bed was very comfortable which was the important thing!

What I liked most about the property was its excellent location—it’s conveniently situated with several very good restaurants just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the neighborhood. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and I especially appreciated Lucía, who was particularly attentive and kind during my stay. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable.
One small note: the refrigerator worked fine, but it could keep the drinks a little colder. Aside from that minor point, everything else was very good.

Location was close to the marina very friendly and helpful staff.
Described as luxury but was not. No elevators and lots of outside noise all day and night. Bed was in a loft and bathroom on lower level was not ideal.
