Très belle immeuble historique, mais malheureusement avec un échafaudage en façade. Emplacement exceptionnel au coeur de la capitale et surtout de son marché de San Telmo tous les dimanches. Très belle rénovation décorée avec goût
Insonorisation des chambres, on entend les voisins et les personnes qui utilisent la terrasse.

Spacious apartment in a beautiful old building, in a perfect location in San Telmo. In addition to the apartment itself (which included a small fridge, kettle and complimentary tea and coffee), we could also use the shared kitchen, washing machine, and terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the wi-fi worked great (which wasn't always our experience in Argentina). The host was very friendly and responsive.
If you happen to be allergic to cats, mind that there are three of them living on the premises, as stated in the property's description - which I hadn't read very carefully, I admit (luckily, I'm only mildly allergic). So this is not a criticism of the property, just a heads-up :)

Location excellent, busy and historic part of the city. Walk to nature reserve, many restaurants, bars, and tango places. Owner very helpful. Spaciousness makes it feel more like an apartment than a hotel. Elegant building.
