This is a great hotel but what makes it even better is the level of service by the front desk. Alex at Front Desk is outstanding and provided us great service. We stayed at this hotel 3 different times during our trip and the experience was outstanding each time. The hotel is located superbly - 2 minutes walk to Teatro Colon, 2 minutes walk to Tango Show, 2 mins walk to buenos aires obelisk. The area is very safe, restaurants 2 mins away but still a very quite area. The hotel suite room is very big, has refrigerator, microwave, nice bathroom, dining table/chairs. The breakfast area is good although we did not have breakfast there. The hotel stored our luggage nicely after check out. In all, the hotel stay was superb, made even better by Alex at front desk and will stay again.

We stayed at 4 hotels during our travels throughout Argentina and by far this is the best hotel. The room was recently remodel, spacious, had a small kitchen and modern looking modern. The location was walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops. The front desk staff spoke English. Overall it was the best valve fir our money. Highly recommended.

The hotel is near 2 subway lines, the colon theater and so many important sights. Incredibly friendly and caring staff, super polite. I wish egret hotel had such staff. Rooms of good size, comfortable, although dated very simple furniture. Hotel clearly had is best time a long time ago. Breakfast is fine for argentine standards but with some strange aspects like you need to ask for butter or eat cereals in a coffee cup.
