Focus Hotel Premium Elbląg

Wonderful, spacious apartment in the center of the old town. The apartment has everything you need for cooking. There is a huge refrigerator with a large freezer, a coffee machine. The apartment has a spacious terrace with a table and lounge chairs. We really appreciate that we could stay with our dog. The hotel pool was great.

The street noise was disturbing if the window was kept open. The fact that the window in the bedroom could not be darkened was disturbing.

The breakfast bar was very good and had a nice variety of food hot and cold, teas and coffee machine. The room had a super king size double bed with a topper mattress which made it super comfortable the room was warm and the shower was very powerful and very hot a bit to hot. the location was smack in the middle of the old town so close to all the shops and bars etc. the sauna was really nice and was running at around 90 degrees C but the staff was happy to turn if down if you found it to hot, it could hold about 8 people comfortably the jacuzz was set to 35 degrees and would run for 6 minutes break for 2 minutes then start over. I was very happy with it

All the “little things” … excellent breakfast with daily change of hot items so you don’t get bored if staying for a couple days, waffle maker, takeaway sandwiches and coffee for the road. Unobtrusive staff who were always there to take away that empty tray / fruit leftovers, refill the buffet. Excellent location right in the center of town. Notifying we will be traveling with a pet, they provided a water/food bowl set in the room. Excellent facilities.

Although not needed (the weather was kind :) ) there was no air conditioning - just a vertical fan. The TV set was a bit old therefore no Netflix/internet

The room was clean. The restaurant including food and staff was excellent. The location is very central with lots of eateries in walking distance.

The property is advertised as offering parking. On arrival there was no availability and we were told in a very unfriendly manner that we should have booked in advance. The receptionist did not make an effort to advise us on where we might find parking, but were told we just had to go and find somewhere on the street which on some days was a bit of a walk. We booked the largest suite available to accommodate a family. Our children's room was tiny and did not have a bathroom. The living area was spacious but with only one shower for four people it was not comfortable. The wall on the other side of my children's room seemed to be very thin. The neighbours were very noisy and there was constant talking and TV coming from the other side which was very disturbing at all hours. The pool was tiny and the water cold. The hotel just did not have a cosy atmosphere.
