Przesympatyczna obsługa, wszyscy pracownicy traktowali nas z zainteresowaniem, nie jak kolejnych gości hotelowych tylko jak swoich gości , czuliśmy się zaopiekowani i bardzo swobodnie 💚

Bardzo miły ośrodek, położony odrobinę poza centrum Krynicy, co ma swoje plusy. Bardzo pomocny personel i bardzo dobre śniadania.
W pokoju studio mogłoby być więcej kontaktów bo tak trzeba szuflowac między czajnikiem a lodówką, co czasem kończy się lekkim rozmrożeniem. Sugeruję też dołączyć mapkę z dojazdem na parking, ułatwi to odnalezienie większego parkingu.

Miła obsługa i dobre śniadanie na pewno na plus!
Bardzo mały pokoik jak na dwie osoby... Mając dwie małe walizki w sumie nie ma gdzie się ruszyć. Również czystość jest do poprawy - wchodząc do pokoju nie chce się widzieć piasku na panelach w okolicach ściany czy małych komaropodobnych przyjaciół w pokoju. W łazience koniecznie do poprawy kąt nachylenia baterii prysznicowej. Zaczepiona w swoim miejscu przy prysznicy sprawia, że czeka Was mini powódź w łazience, co nie jest wcale miłe i przyjemne. Jak za taką cenę spodziewaliśmy się ciut więcej.
