Bardzo ładny, zadbany obiekt. Czystość wzorowa. Blisko centrum ale przy cichej ulicy.
Przydałby się zamrażalnik we wspólnej kuchni na np. lody czy lód w kostkach.

Zadbany budynek. Spokój otoczenia. Przynależne miejsce parkingowe. Podstawowe wyposażenie lokalu (sztućce, pościel, ręczniki ręczniki, patelnie, garnki, zlew, lodówka, szafa, szuflady itp). Aneks kuchenny prywatny. Czysta pościel. bezpłatny sygnał WiFi. TV.
Brak w Aneksie kuchennym zestawu do parzenia kawy (obiecane w opisie). Źle zamontowana miska ustępowa w łazience (zbyt blisko ściany). Duże, tęgie osoby maja problem aby wygodnie zasiąść na "tronie". W złym miejscu zamontowana suszarka do włosów (w świetle umywalki). Mała ilość haczyków w łazience i brak wieszaków w lokalu. Moze to tylko w lokalu nr 8
