Great food and atomsophere in the bars and restaurants but don’t expect the best rooms.

The restaurants and bar on floor 3 and 4 were great I had breakfast twice on floor 3 and evening food on floor 4. The food tastes great and the views were good and also had a nice vibe to the place. The location was ok about 20 mins away from Hawa Mahal

The hotel says free pickup from station I messaged them the time and station I was attending at they said ok. On arrival no one was there. They didn’t respond to message or answer the phone. So I walked the 21 mins to hotel instead. I mentioned this when I finally got to hotel and they said sorry we will take you when you leave. On leaving day they said we only offer pick up which I then explained the above so they agreed to drop me off for free. My room was tiny. It stayed on the booking 16 meter squared. The room wasn’t even 8 metered squared if I had measured to the bathroom wall then maybe it would have just been over 8 meters squared. The room was just around the corner from the reception desk and the lift and the window led to an ally and could hear a dog barking most nights. The noise from reception and the lift was also very annoying. This room should have been half the price due to being half the size of room as stated and also the noise you had to deal with or they should stop using this room to house guests in all together. I also had a tv in the room with no remote. So even if I wanted to watch tv I couldn’t.

The restaurant experience was good, and the food was tasty. Hygiene standards were well maintained throughout the hotel.

Absolutely bad. Reviews must be fake. It is very dirty (sheets, mirrors, floor, doors, etc.). We left early because even after they promised to do a deep cleaning, it was still very dirty. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the room. We kept hearing a bell ringing during the night, and around 7 a.m., someone was hammering. They say breakfast is included, but you can't order most of the items on the menu. Shower was good, hot.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked and paid for a higher-category non-smoking room, but upon arrival I was given a room outside the hotel building, facing the main road, with a broken AC and an ashtray. When I asked why a non-smoking room had an ashtray, the staff told me “every room has one,” which turned out to be false because the better room I eventually received had no ashtray. They also insisted that no other rooms were available, yet when I firmly refused to accept the poor rooms they were trying to force on me (including one located in a dirty, damp basement area), they suddenly produced the exact type of room I had originally booked. This made it clear they were intentionally hiding the proper rooms to push their least desirable rooms on guests. I also could not help feeling discriminated against, as it seemed they offer better rooms more readily to tourists who “look” foreign, even though I myself am an international traveler of South Asian origin. Additionally, their partnered tour agent misled me by implying he would personally guide my day tour, only to send a driver at the last minute without informing me beforehand. Overall, the staff behavior was dishonest and manipulative, and the entire experience made my first day in Jaipur extremely unpleasant. I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel. I request all international travelers to be cautious when dealing with them. If given the chance, they will lie to you, cheat you, and possibly even try to scam you. Also, regarding their restaurant—do not ask the servers for recommendations, as they have absolutely no idea what is good or bad on the menu. In the end, these people made my Jaipur experience absolutely exhausting

Budget friendly hotel but not good for upper middle class customers.

Its location, friendly and soft spoken staff, cleanliness and facility of restaurant on terrace. Parking was safe, check in and check out was very convenient.

I booked suite for 5 persons, whereas, it was just two small rooms with 4 beds in one room and one more bed in another room. With no sitting and dining area. Rooms were very suffocated because of no ventilation, no window. Restaurant on terrace is very good but the rates of every thing is exorbitant like 5 start hotel rates. Basic tea kettle was also not provided, they should provision is for future visitors in suite accommodation

The restroom was quite spacious and room was just big enough to fit three beddings.

The room was perfectly fine but wasn't cleaned properly after the previous guests left. It had feviquick spilled in the left corner of the room where I was almost about to have my foot stuck. I also asked the staff to remove the garbage that was infront of our window but that wasn't done throughout the stay. Stayed for 3 days.

The stay for a night was very pleasant.

The property is on a good and safe location, the inside is quite cozy. It’s a good value for money. They also agreed to keep our luggage after the checkout for the day, which is very comfortable while traveling.

The restaurant was very delicious yet a bit expensive comparing to local prices. Though, once staying here you should def try it and the view and veranda is very nice.
