    The hospitality and staff behaviour were highly disappointing. The staff was not cooperative at all, and their attitude towards guests was rude and unprofessional. I had gone out, while my mother, who is a senior citizen, was staying in the room. During my absence, the staff repeatedly called her multiple times and pressured her to vacate the room, instead of communicating with me directly. This was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful, especially considering that she is a senior citizen.We requested just a little extra time for check-out, but they didn’t even allow 10 minutes and repeatedly told us to empty the room. This is not the kind of hospitality one expects from a hotel. Even no dinner was provided, cold drinking water was not available, and even a charger was not provided, despite the hotel mentioning that this facility would be available. Staff behaviour especially female staff member behaviour was particularly rude, which made the overall experience even worse. Instead of helping guests, the attitude was unnecessarily harsh and unwelcoming. Overall, very poor service, poor hospitality, and extremely disappointing staff behaviour. I would definitely think twice before staying here again and would not recommend this hotel to others...

    Horrible place to stay. Dirty and unhygienic. Cheap place better to pay a little more and stay in a nicer place.
