The breakfast was well presented and very tasty. The location of the dining room is beautiful.
The staff is very friendly.
There are many stairs, which made it difficult for one of our guests to get around.

Edmund was an absolute gem. Charming, helpful and accomodating. Without doubt, the star of the experience.
The lighting in the rooms is from low wattage, cool LEDs. The rooms feel clinical and dark only because of this poor light. Warm would make a huge difference. Also, the pedestal next to the bed is outright dangerous. I nearly took my eye out turning over.
