very near bus/train station, welcoming friendly staff, comfortable bed and good showers, fridge in room, nice courtyard garden area. 5 mins from big supermarket, 10mins walk to biggest Shopping mall in Brasov, 20 min walk to old town.
no kettle or water in the room.. no other complaints.

They were flexible about the check-in policy(check-in hours are up to 21:00, but I got clear instructions for a seamless check-in, so I could come in later). The bed was pretty comfortable.
Ladies from the reception are barely there(they are always somewhere else in the house), but they seemed to unhappy with their lives; I don’t remember seeing them smile at least once. There are NO free parking spaces available. No house slippers were provided. The shower had a broken window so water would spill into the whole bathroom. The furniture, the TV, the bathroom seat and other stuff felt very-very cheap(hence low quality).
